In no other industry is it possible for one or a few persons to develop a product that within a few years may revolutionize the world and be acquired by some big player for billions of dollars. Unfortunately most software products never make it beyond its first beta version or beyond some small-scale local market penetration. Not because the products do not deserve better, but because the small companies behind the products lack the tools for a wider international market penetration.
